Our Classes

Experience the best in online fitness classes with Menlo Park Fitness Live! Classes are taught on a private Facebook group, where we offer a variety of workouts, including strength training, cardio, and Walkfit classes, tailored to beginners as well as more advanced clients! With hundreds of workouts available in our on-line library, you can choose the perfect class for your fitness level and goals.  Sign up now and get started today!  Not on Facebook?  No problem!  We offer a YouTube subscription plan as well.

You can find our Strength Training classes taught live and in-person in our studio at the Arrillaga Recreation Center in Menlo Park.  Drop-ins are always welcome at a cost of $25 per class, payable at the front desk.  Click HERE (click Adult fitness classes, and scroll down to Group Strength Training) for more information, and to register on-line!  Our popular Group Strength Training classes are perfect for those who thrive on the group workout vibe!
